I have questions about my request?

You can reach us by email or by phone. Your requests will be answered within the estimated timeline but in the meantime, you can reach us at EST business hours.

Can I return the product that I have just bought?

We only sell authentic vintage furniture and are unable to refund your purchase. That being said, we will do our very best to send you full description and pictures of items.

Do you take a commission?

No commission whatsoever!

How do I secure shipping?

We used the most reliable shipping furniture companies. Based on delivery location, shippers will vary. We will take care of all administrative tasks related to customs. Furthermore, items will be fully insured.

How long should I wait to answers to my request?

Your request will be answered within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from our customer service department with items, history, full description, pictures, price, location and shipping quote.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note we cannot accept credit cards issued outside the United States and Canada for online orders at this time.

Do you accept COD orders?

No, we cannot accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

Do you have items immediately available?

Yes, you can review our collection online at InCollect. These items are immediately available for purchase and shipping.

I am a private party and would like to use your service without a membership. How I can join?

Please use our free request form. You can have up to 1 request per quarter for free.
